We offer free worldwide shipping on every OuterMark order. Once your order is placed, our team prepares it for dispatch with secure packaging and reliable tracking.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Made-to-measure and custom orders may require additional production time — you will receive an updated estimate by email.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local carrier delays, or peak seasons. Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships.
Standard shipping is free on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also look up your order on our Track Order page using your order number and email.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days after dispatch, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
