Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your OuterMark jacket. If your purchase is not the right fit, you may return or exchange unworn items within our return window, subject to the conditions below.

Return window

Unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible items

• Standard-size jackets and outerwear in unworn, resalable condition
• Items with original tags, packaging, and no signs of wear, alteration, or damage

Non-returnable items

• Made-to-measure and custom-sized orders (unless defective)
• Items showing wear, damage, odour, or missing tags/packaging
• Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such at purchase)

How to initiate a return or exchange

1. Contact us via the Contact page with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method instead.

Refund policy

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, or damage in transit).

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where applicable.
